Kul21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the kul21 platform. Please read this document carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by kul21, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kul21 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kul21 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
The kul21 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate.
Account Creation & Information Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the kul21 platform. Owning more than one account is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other required details. kul21 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly during the first withdrawal or when there are any indicators of suspicious activity.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and secure at all times. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the kul21 support team immediately. kul21 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Identity Verification
Kul21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your IC, bank statement, or other supporting documents — as part of the account verification process. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being restricted or suspended.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the kul21 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or threatening activity.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kul21 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Impersonating another person or providing false information during registration or while using the platform
- Colluding with other users to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the technical operation of the platform
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain
- Transferring account balances to a third party without prior written consent from kul21
Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, and kul21 reserves the right to seek damages where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the kul21 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required, and kul21 does not charge any currency conversion fees.
Accepted Payment Methods
Kul21 accepts a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and other local banks listed on the platform), as well as direct bank transfers. You can check the full list of currently available payment methods in your account section.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the kul21 account holder. kul21 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and are typically completed within 1 to 24 business hours.
Any wagering requirements or additional conditions tied to bonus usage will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawals will not be processed until all wagering requirements have been met.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Kul21 Liability Limits
Kul21 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to wagering losses, service disruptions caused by third parties, user internet connectivity failures, or unsatisfactory game outcomes.
The kul21 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that it will be free from technical errors, disruptions, or delays at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kul21 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, images, and software — is the property of kul21 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from kul21.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Kul21 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, a breach of these terms, or any unlawful activity. In cases of suspension pending investigation, any legitimate account balance will be returned once the investigation concludes and no wrongdoing is confirmed.
Third-Party Links
The kul21 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, such as game software providers. kul21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Kul21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Continued use of the kul21 platform after any amendments to these terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the kul21 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
